The "Underload/Overload" drill Yes, It will feel weird at first, yes, you will hit some crappy shots, but video your swing to see the difference it makes Then once you've worked on it a little bit, don't exaggerate it as much and you'll start to feel this work more naturally (in time) Give it a go 👊
