After that, the gate was changed more than three times, with zero clarity and zero accountability. There was absolutely no concern for passengers with connecting flights. No food. No lounge access. No hotel. No communication.What finally pushed this from incompetence to disgrace was watching an elderly passenger being treated poorly and dismissed when he clearly needed assistance. That silence and lack of empathy says everything about your operations. This is not just poor service, it is systemic failure. Either fix your processes and train your staff to treat passengers like human beings, or stop operating altogether. This is the standard and reputation you are setting for your country. I was just caught in a teen takeover at the Hyde Park Trader Joe’s and it’s STILL going on at this moment. Multiple fights and swarms in Hyde Park. This is unacceptable. This is dangerous. And Chicago residents should not have to wonder if a routine grocery trip will turn into chaos. Teen takeovers are not harmless. They put families, seniors, workers, shoppers, drivers, and young people themselves at risk. Mayor Brandon Johnson, Governor Pritzker, and local aldermen can no longer treat this like a public relations problem. This is a public safety crisis, and it requires real action. We have been receiving numerous complaints about accidents that frequently occur on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays around major roundabouts in the city, especially along Uhuru Highway. A disturbing pattern has emerged. Many victims report that immediately after accidents, they are robbed by individuals who claim to be first responders. At the same time, several tow trucks and recovery vehicles are often stationed around these roundabouts. In some locations, you will find three or four tow trucks waiting nearby even before any accident occurs. This raises serious concerns and questions: Who is stealing from the victims? Why are these tow trucks always positioned at these specific spots? Are some of these individuals taking advantage of accident victims under the guise of offering help? This situation calls for urgent investigation by security agencies and traffic authorities to establish whether there is any organized criminal activity targeting motorists at accident scenes. I also urge all drivers to avoid driving under the influence of alcohol, remain cautious, and strictly observe road safety rules to reduce accidents.
