Adam, you keep invoking Sandra Birchmore's name in your campaign, but it's worth remembering what your post leaves out: you were not the AUSA assigned to Sandra's case, you were not named in the federal indictment, and you were not the federal prosecutor who brought those charges. So what exactly are you asking voters to associate your candidacy with when you repeatedly invoke Sandra's name? If your message is that the Norfolk DA's Office failed Sandra, then make that case on the facts. But using her name to campaign on "fundamental change" while implying a personal connection to the federal prosecution that you didn't have is misleading. Sandra deserves better than being reduced to a campaign talking point.

Go get 'em, Mr. Deitch. You have the entire Morrissey Machine on the back foot. Bring this home. For Sandra.

How about ignoring the requests for communication from both the victims’ families and the witnesses cleared by your grand jury while instead freely collaborating with a murder defendant?
