Impossible to exaggerate how undignified this is & how demoralizing it is to watch. These are all senior officers & they don’t seem to have a single brain cell between them. Dancing about in uniform trivializes the job of upholding the law, making it look ridiculous, something to be laughed at. I would demote all of these senior officers down to constable. They clearly don’t respect the uniform or understand the importance of the job. Maybe they could get a gig as a dance act - without the uniform of course.
