Another year, another bunch of eyes in different styles~ 👁️👀

These are absolutely stunning! I'm wondering, if possible, if you could explain how to get the look of the purple eye (above the green one on the right). I love that style to draw/color eyes, but I don't know how to go about it to achieve that result. Would appreciate any tips!
