Threadguy explains why ZEC is one of the only attractive crypto asset to him right now “It's marketcap is only $8B, it's pennies. It's shown the ability to pump like no other" "It has the institutional love, people are doing the DATs, the Winklevoss twins are coming in. It has this privacy narrative, which I think is giga undervalued, and it is the antithesis of the Bitcoin narrative” “I’m in the business of narratives and trading charts. The narrative says it’s quantum resistant and it’s everything Bitcoin is not. I look at the chart and it looks like this is a once-in-a-year setup”

Ansem: Zcash is Swiss banking in your pocket “Instead of having to look at different bank accounts and different places to store your wealth, Zcash allows you to have access to that at any point in time and take it with you anywhere” “If you have a billion dollars in Bitcoin and send somebody $100, anybody you sent that to now knows you have a billion dollars in Bitcoin” “If you have a billion dollars in Zcash and send somebody $100, they don’t know how much you have in your actual address” “That’s the core reason I think Zcash differentiates from Bitcoin” “In my opinion, Zcash is the second best store of value behind Bitcoin. Right now it trades at around a $7B market cap, so I think it has a lot of room to do well and a lot of room to grow” “In 2016, Bitcoin was around $200 and now it trades at $80,000. In 2016, Zcash was around the same price it is right now…”

Ansem says crypto’s lows may already be in and the next 3–6 months could be the best time to position before the crowd admits it’s a bull market. “I think the lows are already in, but we’re gonna have a choppy period where price is sideways and still ranging.” “During that period is when I think it’s gonna be the best time to position before the rest of the population actually agrees that we’re in a bull market.” He says this is when early-stage projects could offer the best opportunities and coins could trade at major discounts. “I think 3 to 6 months is when it’s gonna be like, ‘Oh, now we’re in a bull market for crypto.’”

Darius Garland expects the Clippers to shock people this season. “I think we’re gonna shock a lot of people. I think our season is gonna be surprising to a lot of people. We have really good chemistry so far and we haven’t even hit the season yet. Everybody has been in the gym at least 2-3 months now. We got the camaraderie going and the competitive spirit is gonna come out of us naturally. We got a lot of competitors, we got a lot of dogs on this team that can really go. With the brains of Ty Lue and our coaching staff, I think they’re gonna take us over the top. It’s super exciting. It’s gonna be a breath of fresh air for all of us. Especially after the season we had last year.”

Zcash is the kind of trade Ansem looks for before attention catches up Ansem’s Zcash thesis comes down to technology, people and attention. “Zcash has a lot of the same features as Bitcoin, but it’s quantum-resistant and it’s private.” “When a ton of smart people work on a really hard technological problem, solve it, and the only thing missing is attention, those are typically the best trades.” “Zcash should benefit from Bitcoin doing well, and it should be at a much higher ratio to Bitcoin than it currently is.” ZEC shares much of Bitcoin’s monetary DNA while adding privacy and stronger preparation for quantum risk. Ansem also points to the overlap between early Bitcoin believers and people who recognized Zcash early. The trade becomes especially interesting when strong technical work already exists while market attention still lags behind it. That gap between fundamentals and attention is exactly the type of asymmetry Ansem looks for. He also views $ZEC through its relationship with Bitcoin. A stronger BTC should create a favorable backdrop for Zcash, while Ansem believes the ZEC/BTC ratio still has significant room to re-rate higher. The technology is built. The smart money is paying attention. Ansem is betting the ZEC/BTC ratio eventually catches up. w/ Ansem 🐂🀄️, mert, Zcash 🛡️

Threadguy explains why privacy is a trillion dollar opportunity “I think privacy is the most underpriced market in the world. It’s only a $15–20B marketcap, and it should be trillions. The problem is the vehicle. Is it Monero or Zcash? Some new thing that doesn’t exist yet?” “I think privacy is going to trade as a proxy beta Bitcoin trade. It’s just going to be a boring, slow trade. It isn’t really that exciting until it becomes the most important thing in the world”

Kendrick Lamar speaking on ‘GKMC’ in 2008, 4 years before it released: “Being a teenager going through the trials and tribulations of growing up in the city…basically that’s what it’s about. I think everybody going to be able to relate to it too, bc it’s all around the world, anybody can be a good kid in a mad city. I just want to tackle my backyard first and then spread it around the world.” He knew the impact it was gonna have before even dropping it 🐐

Mando explains why Zcash is the only coin he thinks could legitimately 10x “Privacy is a very strong trend in society, and if I had to bet, I could get very bullish on things around that. With Zcash, I buy into the idea that it could go 10x." "It's the only coin out of all the coins I mentioned where people don’t talk about it like, ‘This can go 2x.’ With NEAR, there’s a lot of, ‘This can go to eight or ten.’ With VVV, it’s like, ‘This can maybe do a 3x to 4x.’ With Zcash, people say, ‘This can do a 20x’” “I like Zcash as a coin, so having it as your biggest bag makes sense as the coin of the cycle”

Payton Talbott has some interesting thoughts on where MMA is in its evolution: “MMA is in a really cool place because people are starting to find out about it, it’s becoming a little bit more mainstream, but there’s still a lot of heart and soul to it. I hope it maintains that because fighting is always a little bit of a circus act... It has a much higher ceiling than where it’s at. Soon it’s gonna be huge. Maybe one day it becomes diluted like the NFL, and that day I would dread, but I think it’s really in a good spot right now.”

You’re going to ruin it for you, too.” “There’s a saying about Austin: ‘Keep Austin Weird and Surrounded.’” “Surrounded by red people. Mert thinks Zcash still looks undervalued even after a major repricing “A 10x for Zcash would be 70 billion, which would mean 4,000” “If you look at the market cap of what’s above it and how small it is, I think it’s pretty undervalued” “Nobody knows where that money came from, but you just paid for it on a different chain in private” His valuation case for Zcash goes beyond the ZEC/BTC ratio. At roughly $6 - 7B mcap in his example, a 10x would still put Zcash around $70B, a valuation he considers reasonable relative to larger crypto assets. mert also points to utility as part of that thesis. A user could hold funds privately in Zcash, then pay someone who only accepts USDC on Solana, with the conversion and settlement happening across chains while Zcash provides the privacy layer. That makes Zcash 🛡️ potentially composable with the broader crypto economy rather than operating as an isolated privacy network. w/ mert, MR SHIFT 🦁

Swiatek after beating Coco Gauff to reach Rome final “How much is writing tennis history something that gives you extra motivation?” Iga: “Honestly I’m not really thinking about that because it’s kind of a lot. I’m just living my life day by day. I’m. It thinking about statistics or history. I think it’s easier that way. It makes you play more relaxed and more freely. I’m just gonna try to play the best tennis as possible in the final. If I take it easy and step by step, I think it’s gonna be better than if I’m thinking about winning already. Whoever’s gonna be in the final, they’re both great players.. really intense tennis. Still a long way to win. Still a lot of work to do.” 🇵🇱❤️
