Penalty, yes, but a 10 second stop/go was too harsh.

So verstappen didn't lift at the waved yellows either by your video, he lifted at the braking zone where the green was.

Ironic he gets such a harsh penalty for not following a rule based on safety when the race director put all the drivers safety at risk.

Are we seriously saying races should be decided on who can scan the grandstands for flags best? Whole race wrecked simply because he didn't spot it... F1 needs to come up with a better solution to this.
