Everytime we hear this it’s correlation to Vietnam for a lot of us

For 'What It's Worth' was a major hit for Buffalo Springfield.

Love the song, Remember it well. Rings True even today.

@Steelcitygirl6 Wish we could bring back that kind of music

Stephen Stills is one of a kind

I love this song. Do you know what a Buffalo Springfield is? It's a tractor!

This was their only song heard on the radio, but they churned out a lot of great music. You could definitely hear Neil Young's parts.

Stephen Stills Neil Young Richie Furay That's all you need to know, right there...

I can’t stand it that the morning before Kirk got murdered I was listening to this song on repeat. 🔂 Doesn’t make it less epic but definitely creeps me out sometimes.

Wow a really young Neil Young!

I totally agree. I rate "For What It's Worth" as the 3rd best single of 1967 & the 3rd greatest protest and social justice anthem of the 60s & 70s.

Best song ever. At the height of the Viet Nam war.

For me it reminds me of Vietnam but I was a little boy and Kennedy had just been killed. Now it reminds me of the protestors in Wisconsin and ice and the cops in the streets of the city and killing of the protesters.

Welcome to 2026. Watch out KIDS!!! 60 years ago it was a Vietnam Song. Now, it applies to the current Epstein mess and the fact that the US Government is a Fraud and full of pedofiles! “Something’s Happening here…a line has been drawn for sure.

Played on Sesame Street with forest animal puppets… it was brilliant.

silly hats. great guitars

The unfortunate anthem of today in this country. Beautiful, classic song.

Loved this.

My dad's friend. He came and sang at my school for arts when I was in high school when he was back in the area for his name being put into the Music of Fame ❤️ Buffalo Springfield

Only thing I think of when I hear this. 😂

Hit the nail on the head

Live across the street from them. Steve, in his old white Ford van used to give me rides up Laurel Canyon in the later 60s. Usually had Dave Crosby with him. Smoked doobies and laughed. Neil Young, too in his black or white minis. He was definitely on the solemn side, though.

Stills a is a bad bad man in that hat!! What a legend!! What a song!!

Still stands the test of time. Fantastic song.
