The situation in the Middle East continues to deteriorate. Anthony Albanese announced this morning that Australia will be deploying an E7A and crew to the Gulf, and we will be supplying the UAE with defensive missiles to assist in keeping airspace open and ensure Australians can return home. The first priority of the Albanese Government is, and always will be, to keep Australians safe. There are around 115,000 Australians in the Middle East – around 24,000 in the UAE. Helping Australians means also helping the UAE and other Gulf nations to defend themselves.

It’s the type of propaganda you’d expect from a dishonest government trying to manipulate public opinion. And eSafety Karen is still hiding the details of how she is going to dictate to Australians what we must to do to prevent our social media accounts being shut down. We know exactly what tricks she is up to, she’s delaying providing the details until just before Christmas hoping Australians will just roll over and accept her dictates.

The proposed social media ban for under 16’s is nothing to do with protecting young people and everything to do with forcing you to have digital ID to use the internet and prove your age. This also allows the Government to monitor and control what you are watching.
