9 out of 10 times the athletes financial struggles are self inflicted by trying to maintain a specific lifestyle. You can't just give people millions of dollars who have never invested in financial literacy. Average working class can barely buy groceries in today's times

I'm not gonna be the guy to say they don't "deserve" the money they make, that's weird too, but these dudes that blow it and complain because they didn't plan well or live within their means... that's on them, not a single tear will be shed for a dumb ass.

They seem to forget that they also get fully funded healthcare, self care (physio, nutrition etc) and also get free meals for every meal time if they want it, plus their favorite snacks, drinks, coffee etc. They get corporate gifts, free clothes, free shoes, and so much more.
