The teen repeatedly told them they had the wrong person, and that he was interning at the Superior Court. They handcuffed him anyway and dragged him to their car. And it gets worse. Before grabbing him, agents were taking photos of the child… which understandably terrified him. The judge saw how shaken he was and offered to drive him home. THANK GOODNESS! Judge Sullivan just struck down Kevin Reddington’s motion to replace the juror. He stated that the note does not indicate there is a juror who refuses to follow the law. Reddington then objected and gets into a HEATED exchange with him accusing him of being “soft” with instructing the jury about following the law. They will resume deliberations.

Judge Frank Caprio was such a good hearted soul. Always enjoyed seeing him in the courtroom, because he never, ever felt intimidating. He was one of the few people who seemed like he was born to be a judge and lead, because he really did his best to help each person and not just punish. He was strangely comforting in a role that many of us naturally are afraid to be in front of. They called him the "World's Nicest Judge" and he truly deserved it. Found a clip he posted just yesterday on his page before he passed. He asked for prayers but more importantly, to be remembered. And I hope we honor that for him. Rest in love and light, Judge Caprio. Thank you for being one of the kind ones. 🪽
