Foxy has broken up with me 100 times but the breakup usually lasts half of one day. I envy her ability to follow her emotions and dismiss logic. It’s hard to be a man who has to remain stable and stoic when getting daily shit tests from 7 girlfriends. I’ve learned just to let her break up with me for whatever reason such as I didn’t like her instagram photo or didn’t take a picture with her at every location we go. Then I just wait a few hours for her to come back to me and apologize. And I continuously work on being more and more efficient with each part of each relationship. If female psychology can be mastered I will master it.

In 1983, I applied for a game design job at Coleco. They were kind of distracted because they were working on the Adam computer and the release of the Cabbage Patch dolls. Anyway, they left me alone in the corporate lounge for three full hours. BUT in that lounge was a Dragon's Lair stand-up arcade machine. So I got to spend ALL THREE HOURS playing Dragon's Lair, and I can report that (1) I've beaten it fair and square and (2) I've seen every single way that Dirk the Daring can die. Anyway, it takes about 3 hours of play to perfect yourself if you're at my level of skill. What's an arcade game you remember fondly?

I want this journey and every show that follows to represent something more than trophies or physiques. To show what’s possible when you rebuild yourself from rock bottom and decide to rise again. Full range strict pressing I see less and less of. More people should try it. Good for your shoulder health. And for “Powerbuilding” it’s a perfect movement . Combo of functional strength and decent hypertrophy movement. Did them yesterday for first time in about a year (?). Kind of a shit show due to time away, diet, and getting sick but felt okay. Strict press 3 x 7-10 (descending sets) Cable side Delt 3 x 8-12 Cable rear Delt 3 x 8-15 Legend Shrugs 3 x 6-10
