The best part? 100K context, so it can "see" the entire file Oh yah and its free This is arguable better than GPT4-32K because Its cheaper and has a larger context window

I would suspect Claude2 is also concerned by the limits explained in the "Lost in the middle" paper.(

ive personally experienced this more with gpt-3.5-16k then claude or gpt4-32k. I actually noticed that prompting it in specific ways resulted in a less lossy response. Overall agree with the paper, 100k context is great but you start to get output degradation at 75k

The chatpdf wrappers aren't killed. Every random corp wants their proprietary docs available in this format and there's no way in hell every random corp wants to upload their documents for Anthropic to train the next one on. It is however great for consumers!

@titaniumultd Anthropic is soc 2 compliant, but i meant that in a thinly veiled way - there are a lot of good pdf + llm apps, but very basic wrappers wont do well
