Fortunately I was able to pepper spray them and police had seen the incident and took the they/them into custody. Transtifa is violent.

For me - nothing stimulates my chest more than cables. I start with them and then finish with them. I was pretty toasted at the end of my workout so this was lighter weight and really pushing down more than out to really get that isolation and squeeze. I just love how it feels.
