When I understood a bit of genetics, and realized that the places of people of different races could easily be changed, with respect to each other, in one generation, I proposed to a woman of a race commonly thought not as smart as the others, and she said, NO. THAT is NOT what we need. You might reverse the roles, easily, quickly, but you would not make what we really NEED. We need to respect others, always, in every way. Brotherhood and equality, the goal of ALL men, can only be produced by everyone becoming kind and helpful to others. There is no quick fix.
