On July 1st, New York City will raise water and sewer rates another 6% This will be the 6th increase in just 5 years, brining the total increase to 35% You’re not using more water, you’re just paying 35% more on your bill for the same water usage In addition to this, New Yorkers Property Taxes, Insurance and other Utilities also keep going up If you combine all these together, the increase over the past 5 years comes out to about an extra $8,000-$15,000 in extra costs It all adds up

I agree with you for the most part, the only problem is that OG Leon is just funnier, more likable and more entertaining. You can have a more consistent and "better" written character all day but people will simply gravitate to what's more enjoyable. I also became an RE4 fan in 2020 or so, but OG Leon just has the sauce lol.

Onboarding was extra fun to design and build for this one 🕺 It's a moment of delight but it's also functional. It gives Pica a couple valuable seconds to index all of your fonts* so when you click through everything is sorted, loaded, and instantly available. This is an example of how 'design and engineering are really the same.' *unless you're one of those sickos with like 10k+ fonts. Then unfortunately you'll sit with a spinner for a few more seconds 😅

The more I see from them the less I want to be around them in any way. Also for the record, it was NOT an all white jury, there were multiple minorities on the jury. Just so happens that every group/race except black people know that it’s wrong to stab someone for no reason.
