Why are these people hiding their faces? The medical masks serve no legitimate purpose. Are they hiding their faces because they lack the courage of their (to me appalling) convictions?

It is difficult to call people defending Palestinians population to be anti-Semitic, since Palestinians are themselves Semites. You should know that.
