It’s taken me a few days to put this week into words because I really just wanted to soak it all in with my family. I’m incredibly grateful to the Chicago White Sox and Chicago Sports Network for trusting me with this opportunity. It was a milestone in my career that I’ll never forget. I’m also grateful for women like Mary Shane and Cheryl Raye Stout, who helped pave the way for women like me. They set the standard and created opportunities I’m incredibly thankful to be a part of. When I was asked to step into the booth, I’d be lying if I said stepping into that role wasn’t a little intimidating. But I kept thinking about Joshua 1:9, a verse my dad has always reminded me of: “Be strong and courageous.” And somehow, it all came full circle. The person who taught me this game was the one handing me my scorecard on the same weekend the White Sox were celebrating his ’83 team. That’s a moment I’ll never forget. If this week taught me anything, it’s that some of the best opportunities are the ones that push you outside your comfort zone. You never really know what you’re capable of until you’re willing to get a little uncomfortable. I hope that’s something people, whether they’re in sports or not, can take with them. Thank you to everyone who watched, reached out, encouraged me, and sent kind messages. They meant more than you know. I love what I do, and I’ll never take opportunities like this for granted. ❤️ #whitesox

Sorry if I did not answer many of you. I’ve never been a fan of the online eulogy. The immediate fallout is always about loved ones. And we should leave those closest be. And then I realised of course I was just incredibly upset, and a large digital outpouring is inevitable and testament to his character. My devastation came from having to watch it all unfold. From spending years trying to help and actually getting him close to a point where he almost had a normal life again - then being powerless to stop him doing things he should not have. Powerless in every sense as it also meant it sometimes not being my place to say anything. In the end watching some of the evil shits around enable the worst of it was too much for me, I had to step back it was too painful to watch. I told my mate who was filling in for me looking after him “ah I just need some space from it all, I’ll be back with him after Christmas” and then suddenly there was no Christmas. And it turned out no one was to blame, and I immediately looked to blame myself most of all, fearing the worst. But it was a simple accident in the end. A bolt out of the blue. So if you are ever estranged or overwhelmed by friends and family and think it will all be OK one day - DON’T put it off. Reach out now. Grab that person and hold them tight. There may not be a tomorrow. You might not be around to see them off. There may not be the grand luxury of time available you thought there was. He died in the arms of his beloved son, and that is a measure of comfort, if a passing can ever have any. He was my mentor, my friend and my glad burden. And there was nothing I would not do for him.

Sorry, I’m drunk: We don’t have many “little steps” left to take or make. We won’t be together much longer. She will be taken; though I’ve known it for years, it doesn’t hurt less. She shined in an incredible way – a supernova. I was black-pilled after a terrible divorce complete w/ false accusations & later this woman came along; I was slow to trust & bitter but she made the world bright again. She made me smile. She gave me hope & something to come home to. I think that’s what most men aspire to…something to come home to, some family unit to serve & sacrifice for. I put my own life below my children’s, and below my wife or partner. I will suffer whatever I must for their benefit, and I’ll take satisfaction in doing it. In a weird way, it will make me happy. She is far more than I deserve & now she is wasting away…and I can’t do anything about it, no matter how much I work or suffer. Part of me – maybe a large part – will go with her. I will soldier on for the kids, but she was so beautiful & bright…that light will be gone & I’m not sure what’s left. Now she struggles to get out of bed. Can’t eat besides a bag of liquids hooked to a pump & tube, either. Which is only one of three tubes & bags. Cancer is devouring her. She weighs 80 pounds. She’s still beautiful. I will be lost without her; no purpose or rudder. I was going to show her the world & how to have spontaneous adventures…she’d started learning to non-rev & we made good use of it, but it’s not to be. I’ll carry on for the kids, but I just don’t see anything for me, and I’m tired of being the good soldier & sucking up all the bad shit. So, so tired of “you’ll survive”. I’m sorry. Like I said, I’m drunk. I need to let this stuff out sometimes. Bobby Brown had a great sentiment & my GF danced to it in the video: “Every little step I take, you will be there Every little step I make, we’ll be together” I was against commitments when we met, then skeptical, then hoped & lived for it. I rejoiced in finding a partner like her – she’s just so good. Then I was robbed of it. More importantly, she was robbed of everything. I already mourn for her, and part of that is mourning for all that could have been for her. The world is losing an amazing woman. Just a zombie at this point. Not feeling much of anything. Sorry, drunk musings as I go through my phone. I try not to talk about this, and I am really good when she’s unloading on me, but I don’t have anyone else to share that with & sometimes it builds up. I’m not a threat to anyone or myself; my job actually gives me some joy…but I’m just hurting at home now.

If anyone tells you that you need to cut out carbs to lose weight… Run and never listen to anything that person says again I’ve gotten to single digit body fat numerous times while eating 2-4 slices of sourdough bread and 1-2 bagels every day every prep Here’s how I do it and how my clients do it too: -We either track macros or build a meal plan around their lifestyle and schedule -We build meals around foods we enjoy If I make you eat fish and broccoli, and you fucking hate fish and broccoli…I’m setting you up for failure right off the get go. Would never make any client eat something they despise when there are so many good, clean foods out there to eat to get us the results we’re after -We stay in a slight calorie deficit without starving ourselves -IF our schedule allows it, we always try to move more or increase cardio before dropping food to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible More food = more fuel = better training sessions = helps preserve and or build muscle = better metabolism long term - We train hard, lift heavy as fuck, and stay consistent because we’re not burned out or miserable with our food Bread or carbs didn’t make you fat and DOES NOT make you fat Being inconsistent and over eating is what did If you keep jumping from diet to diet, cutting more and more food to “get results”… You’ll never stay lean Because you’ll never stick with it long enough for it to work because you’ll feel like death from not eating enough But when you learn how to lose fat the right way with structure, flexibility, and a plan that fits your life… You stop starting over and hating the process while getting lean eating the foods you actually enjoy eating On top of looking AND feeling better There’s a right way and there’s a wrong way If you wanna see how it’s done the right way, shoot me a message and I’ll show you how my team can help you as well

What bone broth, aaa steak and a whole lot of nature will do to a mf… On the real tho, your body is incredible, it’s designed with impeccable precision and pure divinity. The human body is the most magnificent organism. When the mind, body and soul is in unison it can regenerate and heal from anything. If I believed in the maya of the medical establishment I would not look like this. I’d be frail, weak, going into the hospital every 8 weeks to take biological immunosuppressant medication intravenously. I was so sick I had a section of my colon removed, at that point I made the conscious decision to take back control of my health, to become the ceo of my life and take my power back in my hands. My biggest mistake was giving all my power away and blindly taking whatever pills they gave me. I decided that was no longer for me. I went seeking for truth. I was mentored by great teachers of health, I studied day in and day out, learned the ancient schools of medicine, I became disciplined, I fasted, I prayed, I reconnected to nature and I came out a healed man. In hindsight I cherish my path, the journey, the trials and tribulations, it made me who I am. The ripple effect of my pain was tremendous, many people will be impacted for better by it. I will continue to give all of you my heart and my soul too. Life is beautiful, your energy is your greatest currency. Feeling vibrant and vital physically, emotionally and spiritually is available to all of us. You can live life with a fullness you never thought possible, you can reach the highest levels of attainment. Free from all the pain. No one wants to go through this life feeling drained and exhausted. Your reality should inspire you everyday. All of us living in this exact time and space are not here by coincidence, we’re at a crucial point of awakening and truth. Nothing is hidden anymore and the only way for it all to change is if we all change from within. Each soul came to this earth for a reason, and it wasn’t to cause or to live in pain. Healing the body and healing the earth are one and the same, it begins with getting out of the way and allowing nature to do what it’s meant to do; flourish. The human mind is capable of amazing feats, but within the complexity of the mind we can also deter from the true intuitive path. The illusionary world operates with scarcity, victimhood, poverty consciousness, greed and fear… a belief that you are lacking something and are unaccepted. These are the manifestations of dis-ease. You were designed perfectly, your body and mind is capable of feeling better than it’s ever felt, it took me years to get there but it’s beyond worth it. You can not extract the full magnitude of life with a body that’s been taken away from its inherent nature. We weren’t designed to consume the toxins we do yet still our body finds a way to keep us alive. When your vessel is operating at its fullest you emit and aura that is impossible to miss. We are beings of light, each one of your 70 trillion cells creates an electrical output. The healthier those cells are the more radiating your energy will be, and with that all the affluence of the world will be magnetized to you. Start with the basics, prioritize sunlight, drink the purest spring water, sleep well, walk and exercise daily, breathe deep into your body, eat organic whole foods, eliminate everything processed, avoid food that’s been tampered with by man, use herbs as medicines, cut all toxic relationships from your life, take care of the people you love, do a couple fasts ever year, and be grateful for the life God gifted you. Every moment is precious, every moment is a moment we will never get back. Reflect truth when you speak to people, show them compassion, honour and strength, put love above opinion and judgment. There’s enough malice in the world there’s no need to add to it. High standards, personal excellence and inner discipline can change the world… most importantly it’ll change your world.

I really don’t want to sound like I’m complaining too much, but I’ve been holding this since morning, so I’ll say this as politely as I can: CHANGE the admin/team handling มนต์รักฮักอีหลี HUG E-LHEE : Somtum Rhapsody SOCIAL MEDIA GoodMemoriesDMD Mandee Work Official ดูมันดิ DOMUNDI TV ‼️‼️‼️ Right now, it’s honestly even worse than The Next Prince. There are no single photos for Noi, no single photos for Niche, only one ChangNoi photo, and barely any content. There’s no proper effort to hype up fans, promote the characters, or support the other cast, while the cast and director themselves are already so chaotic, fun, and active I barely see any retweets or support for the cast’s activities, even when they post about the fitting. There aren’t even proper sneak peeks or content to introduce and build excitement for the other cast members Honestly, I’m already tired and have reached the point where I don’t even expect much anymore bc nothing ever changes for the better, instead, it feels like things are only getting worse. But since Q1 hasn’t started yet, I’m still trying to say this nicely, even tho my patience is already running out New series can create fun and engaging content (including Passenger Seat). So pls don’t wait until fans complain before finally posting something, bc by then the hype has already gone. The fans, artists, and cast are already working hard to create excitement. The company needs to wake up and do their part too We all want high engagement, success, and a strong fandom, but that requires effort from both sides. It’s frustrating to see fans constantly pushing, supporting, and creating hype while the company seems to do the bare minimum. 🚨 JUST IN: Mitch McConnell’s office has released a statement and PHOTO of the Senator sitting in his hospital bed confirming he will NOT be on the Senate floor anytime soon Hey McConnell: you do not OWN that Senate seat. If you can’t do your job, RESIGN. Kentuckians deserve their representation. And you’re not representing them. I’m sorry you’re in bad shape, but Kentuckians should not be burdened by your inability to do the job you were elected to do. — FULL STATEMENT FROM McCONNELL’S OFFICE: “To my fellow Kentuckians – When you elected me to a seventh term and made me our Commonwealth’s longest serving Senator, you did so trusting that I’d keep showing up to fight for you every day. And over the past several weeks, Elaine and I have appreciated both your well wishes and your honest questions about what was keeping me away from the Senate. You all know how folks of my generation often hesitate to share the vulnerability that comes with growing older. Even in the public eye, I feel that same instinct – I can’t help it. But at the same time, I’ve had more than my share of experience with physical vulnerabilities. Surviving childhood polio meant spending my entire life with mobility challenges. They haven’t exactly gotten easier to manage with age. And last month, I took a fall which landed me in the hospital. My doctors have confirmed that I didn’t break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. I don’t have any tumors or hemorrhages. But I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital. While receiving excellent care over the past several weeks, I’ve also had to deal with a mild case of pneumonia. I can assure you that I’ve been a good patient. At my age, I tend to do what my doctors tell me to do. I’ve submitted to every test they can think of to help figure out what caused this incident. And I’m continuing to do everything they ask to speed my recovery. In fact, with signs of continued progress, I’ve been able to move from hospital care to a rehabilitation center where I’ll keep regaining my strength. As much as it frustrates me, this process takes time. And on the advice of my doctors, I won’t be able to return to the Senate floor to vote quite yet. But rest assured that, in the meantime, I’m not taking a break from the Senate business that matters to you. I’ve been working closely with my legislative staff on current issues, and with my Kentucky team who help me provide timely constituent services across our Commonwealth. I’ve also been keeping in touch with my Senate colleagues on the appropriations process, midterm politics, and everything in between. You’re right to expect your representatives to work hard for you. And part of my decision to retire at the end of my term this coming January was being honest about the demands of Senate work. But I still have unfinished business to complete on your behalf, and I have every intention of finishing the job you elected me to do. I’ll keep working hard to get back on the Senate floor as soon as possible. And I’ll keep you posted on the progress of my recovery. Until then, I’m so grateful for your prayers and well wishes.

Yesterday my dog, Fischer, died suddenly and unexpectedly. I’m still in shock, blindsided by it all. He was as central a member of my family as any person. I’d like to tell you his story, briefly. 8 years ago, my 12-year old dog, Bandit, died after a long battle with kidney disease. A week later on a fishing trip, my brother encountered an abandoned, starving dog that swam out to his boat. When no owner could be found, I reluctantly took the dog in, and named him Fischer. I’m so glad I did. Along with his older sister, Daisy, he was my pandemic dog, my hiking buddy, and my left armrest while watching tv or gaming. He loved pawing at Red XIII (which we jokingly called him, the counterpart to my other dog, a Torgal lookalike), and he loved play fighting me while I tried to make my bed after he would crawl in it during the night. He loved playing fetch, and especially curling up against me for safety during storms. He was 90 pounds of rambunctious devotion. And God he loved me. We unknowingly spent his final morning on a hike. He chased and ran and played like usual. It was a perfect last memory with him, doing what we loved doing together most. He was “a fine hound,” and one of my favorite blessings. We’re going to miss him so much, but are so thankful for his life. That’s the thing about gratitude. It commingles with grief in such a way that both can breathe. And in that way, I guess I can breathe, too. At least, that’s what I’m trying to practice. Every gasp of sadness is met with an exhale of gratitude. I know many of you loved seeing him on stream. The couch behind me may have a Red XIII-sized hole now, but I’ll always cherish the memories of us in that room. Maybe we’ll do a Fischer stream and talk about grief soon, but I’ll need a minute. Today though, I want to thank you all for loving him, and me, so well. Thanks, everyone, for your prayers and support as I breathe through this.
