Martin Geissler told the Sunday Show audience that Anas Sarwar said Labour MPs voting to keep the two child cap was wrong and that they shouldn't have done it. This is literally *the opposite* of what Sarwar said. He said it was "the right thing to do". Here's the proof. How did Geissler get this so spectacularly wrong? Is it laziness? A lack of research? Did someone provide him with false information? There's a culture at BBC Scotland that is resulting in fake information like this circulating and being parroted by presenters. This isn't a one off.

We are ending the two-child cap in Scotland, because we are serious about tackling poverty. It’s a shame that Anas Sarwar is failing to oppose the UK government’s welfare cuts, which will push more people into poverty. He stands up for Starmer, I stand up for Scotland.
