I feel bad for you and anyone else in the community that is not a thief. That must be a pain in the ass. But the fact is. Too many in the same community are not honest and will rob these places blind if they don't take these precautions.

If you don’t want the aspirin locked up, then start electing leaders that will lock up the criminals instead. In other words, stop electing Democrats. This is not hard.

You live in a low-trust region. Check the people that live there. The stores are doing what they need to do to keep the doors open. If everything is up for grabs, they are better off closing the doors and leaving (and that happens too).
