Anybody that thinks aim assist isn't cheating/broken is simply delusional. I SHOULD NOT GO POSITIVE ON AN INPUT I HAVEN'T USED IN OVER 7 FUCKING YEARS. I CAN'T EVEN FUCKING SEE PEOPLE BUT I KNOW THEY'RE THERE BECAUSE THE AIM ASSIST IS LITERALLY TRACKING THEM.

Tracing with a controller is much harder than when you use a mouse which makes sense why controllers need aim assist. KBM players just like to whine and don’t understand how good they have it

That strong ass pull fucks me up 99% of the time cause it is an unexpected jerk in a random direction. Always amuses me seeing kbam soyboys freaking out over one of those sporadic jerks by aim assist even though when it happens it fucks up a good roller player 99% of the time

Aim Assist changes have been incredible on Battlefield 6. You can freely Snipe without any stickiness, adding back a huge skill gap on the controller players. Genuinely one of the best/balanced aim assists I have seen in a FPS game. NO Zoom Snap, only active aim assist that doesn't do anything for you it actually just assist you, if you don't react or move to what is happening in front of you it doesn't do anything. I know some people will disagree but you can see how not sticky the aim assist is in this clip (100% aim assist setting fyi)

AIM-ASSIST IS NOT THE FUTURE. Gyro has all the capabilities as mnk, and is legit easier to learn than normal controller IMO. Make the switch you aim-assist crutchers (i say that with love)

after 3 hours of practice on controller with gyro im getting above the median on some tracking tasks!! I think this input method has a lot of potential, I can see controller players not needing aim assist at all to compete with mnk with this

Take a deep breath and listen to what I have to say because y'all are not catering to the want to be good at the game casuals compared to the ones who have been playing the game since we were kids and give y'all our money every year. More than what casuals have given you the last 5 fucking games put together. Don't forget why this game is made in the first place it's not warzone it's not cod mobile and its definitely not cdl. no because if I have to sit here and cry like casuals, I will take an L to get our shit back unpatch the snipers! When I said Tenz having a 138ms reaction time wasnt impressive I was trolling. 138ms is indeed impressively fast for a human, as our average reaction time is roughly 273ms. Aim assist, however, does not succumb to human reaction time. Even the best M&K players in the world cant react as fast as 0ms. The player that killed HusKerrs yesterday, did exactly that(kind of). Before Huskerrs slid around the corner, the guy had already started tracking him because aim assist began tracking his hitbox at the edge of the corner. An M&K player would have to react to the enemy once they've ALREADY turned the corner, THEN adjust their aim & stay on target. As little as this may seem, its the massive difference between winning a fight, or dying in a high skill lobby. Making people rely on their reaction time rather than a computer doing it for them, would go a LONG way.

Smart Assist may have a filter for it but you can't filter the Xabi Alonso Link up that is literally Smart Assist on steroids if you time it right. I've cheesed so many people in Club Event qualifiers and in the eFootball Open qualifiers where Smart Assist was disabled using the Xabi Link up because it literally moves the player defending your attacker away from them as well as switching them off of the defender to some random player nowhere near your attacker giving you the chance to score an easy goal. I've shown how broken the Link Up is multiple times and still to this day I don't know why Konami has not even bothered looking into it lmao. It's so busted.

To me, this sentiment from Noko is not true at all. Apex is a very challenging game to aim accurately in. I have found players struggle with their aim up until like D3+. There is a lot of important convo about input differences rn, but this I don't think helps anyone.
