Callum Turner’s performance in One Night Only (🌟🌟) is staggeringly bland. Prior to this film, I was lukewarm on Turner & didn’t really have strong opinions about him. But his comedic timing is really weak in this movie & his performance desperately lacks charisma. You guys know that Jack Nicholson is my all time favorite actor. He is the definition of charisma. I just don’t see how Callum Turner can match Daniel Craig’s energy or gravity in any real sense. I continue to maintain that Tom Hardy would be a great 007, but between Turner and Jacob Elordi, I think it’s a 2 man race at this point. Regardless, I want the next Bond to succeed.

If Callum Turner becomes 007, I might collapse. He was atrocious in One Night Only. I know that sounds harsh & I know I always try to speak positively about Cinema, but what am I supposed to say? Do you want me to lie to you and pretend he was good? This guy’s charisma was literally below 0 - it was negative charisma. I can’t imagine him playing James Bond after whatever he just gave us in One Night Only. Someone out there reading this has to agree with me - I can’t be on an island like this right now.

Christian Bale would’ve made for a great Odysseus. I really hesitate to even write this because I don’t want to take away anything from the improbable performance from Matt Damon. I don’t know if anyone could’ve done what Damon just did in The Odyssey. But I think if there’s anyone who could’ve held down the role as well or even better than Damon, it’s Christian Bale.

Perhaps I’m alone in this, but V14.1 has been plagued with a lot of really harsh braking. Something I’ve never had with 13.2.9. The timing on this in my last livestream is honestly comical, but it really drives home the point I was making. I personally do not think 14.1 should go wide. I think it’s incredible and Tesla AI has accomplished so much with this version - but I personally think these random hard braking events are too unsafe for it to go wide. Also FWIW I went straight to Tesla service after this to have my front camera cleaned - even still I wasn’t having these issues yesterday on 13.2.9 so it feels less like a camera issue and more like a 14.1 issue.
