We have a housing crisis because things are too expensive. We have too many people in concentrated areas to actually provide any kind of services. So hospital, fire, police, things like that are hours and hours you're waiting. We're too big of a state for any one person to run without tremendous understanding of what it takes to run a corporation and be a good CEO.
