We all need to pause and regroup. You have to save yourself before you can help save others. Don't just think of the terrible things (which they want to trigger you) but think of how we got here. We as a society have to decide that we need a change. We have to decide that despite our differences and ways of thinking, that we are more alike than we are different. We The People set standards for our society.

Yes same here 💯 I just told someone today how much I’ve dialed back from reading about the daily evil, and how people normalize or accept this is beyond me. I said my mental health is better when I’m tuned out. Our son is dialed in to local, national + global geopolitics so if I’m feeling about catching up on the current days $hit show I just ask him.

I completely understand how you feel. ❤️ That’s why I personally try to balance out the “HATRIX” with comedy, lovely and compassionate things…sprinkled with a little bit of serious stuff here & there. Sometimes it’s just way too much for anyone (with a soul) to absorb the evil.

You and I both, Puddin. Part of me has been moving full steam ahead for months now, digging up all the BS in my state. You're right. Almost daily, I am flabbergasted at how hard the government and society is dropping the ball. However, the other part of me does not want to quit. I believe we have a useful tool with this app to shed light on the wrongdoings, and hopefully make them right. That being said, take the breaks. Shutting off the monitor and getting some fresh air is an equally important tool. I wish more people on this app would do it.
