Anyone else heard or can confirm this? Pretty interesting, if true.

Here's the deal, many people in Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Utah say they hear the "Booms" all of the time, mostly at night, and have been for a long time. Furthermore, there are ordinances and regulations that generally prohibit jets from breaking the sound barrier over populated areas in the United States. The Federal Aviation Administration has rules in place that ban civilian supersonic flight over land due to the noise and potential damage from sonic booms. Military jets are also restricted from flying supersonically over populated areas, except in specific circumstances: Military Training and Testing: They can go supersonic over oceans or in designated training ranges where the impact on civilians is minimized. Emergency Situations: Military jets might be authorized to exceed the sound barrier over land if responding to an emergency, such as intercepting an aircraft that's not responding to air traffic control or poses a potential threat.🛸 Perhaps the 'Booms' ahve something to do with Area 52, the sister base to Area 51??? Known as the Tonopah Test Range, it has been used by the US military to test nukes, missiles, bombs and aircraft - also making and testing of biological weapons - remember that time that a deadly nerve agent was accidently released - oopsy!!! ☠️⚠️The base also operates as a training ground for soldiers - old shipping containers connected with foam and wooden frames were used to create a mock-subterranean tunnel that they use for exercises - ain't that interesting?! They also have Air Force vets who worked at the base claim they have developed extreme health issues (tumors, cancers, etc.) from toxic or radioactive residue from weapons testing. I'm sure it's nothing to be concerned about - carry on.

You know what would be great fun? Not being controlled by space alien overlords that keep us in the dark about everything.

The booms started on East Coast in 2017 and were a frequent part of our lives including being woken at 1 am by their sound and the shake. I have been surprised at how little curiosity it drew from people. I watched news as the booms were noted by random folks while they seemed to make their way left across the Country. Interesting side note. I got stuck behind a large load truck transporting a ginormous tunnel boring machine or at least part of one in 2018. Was traveling 15 mph on a 2 lane road. I stared at that machine a long time. It seemed to be making its way to Poconos territory - same route of the Liberty Bell took when being transported to Philadelphia. Booms have finally made their way to the China coast of the US and it's all very interesting.

I’m in Oklahoma and they hear booms a lot in the town I live near. There is a local Facebook group that everyone goes to report and no one ever can get police to tell them what it is. Never get a statement from the town. Is strange.

I'm in Northern California and hear them all the time in my area. It sounds like huge explosions and there's posts on the ring app almost nightly of people asking if anyone heard them. Not sure what's going on but it started happening over the past couple years and ramping up now
