There's a handful of BS "crimes" that are designed to allow police to bring people in for whatever reason they want. - Breaching the peace. - Resisting arrest. - Disorderly conduct. - Loitering. - Obstructing a police officer. - Failure to identify. - Public intoxication.

They've gotten wise to this. Now it's "Disobeying a Lawful Order", "Obstruction", "Interfering with an Investigation", etc. They have a whole host of BS reasons. Just remember: Force shits upon Reason's back.
