I'm playing around with generative AI tools and stitching them together into visual stories. Here I took the first few sentences of Pride and Prejudice and made it into a video. The gen stack used for this one: - Anthropic Claude took the first chapter, generated the scenes and the individual prompts to to the image generator. - Ideogram took the prompts and generate the images - Luma took the images and animated them - for narration - VEED | AI Video Creation to stitch it together (Many of these choices are just what I happened to use for this one while exploring a bunch of things). Anyway honestly it was pretty messy and there is a ton of copy pasting between all of the tools, and even this little video with 3 scenes took me about an hour. There is a huge storytelling opportunity here for whoever can make this convenient. Who is building the first 100% AI-native movie maker?

It still blows my mind that we can create promo videos for brands in 1 hour. I recently worked with an upcoming fabric brand to integrate AI into their processes. Feeling confident in the tools, I thought, "Why not draft up a promo video with them?" I selected a few images from their website, generated more to fit the theme, and ran them through Image-2-Video in Runway. One hour later, we had a promo video. 🤯 A year ago, something like this would have never occurred due to the logistics and resources needed to do such a project. Now, they can put 3 creatives on a project like this, create multiple videos, and run test ads on socials to see which performs best. All in a matter of hours and days.

My Latest AI short was made with Seedance 2.0 the model that has been firing up the internet over the past couple of days. I made this in two and half days and it's an original short that is based on HP Lovecraft's work which is now Public Domain (No Copyright infringement here!). If you are not into period romances then bare with it as it gets a more little action packed in the second half! The model is brilliant at both performance and action, you can now make convincing dialogue and action sequences for AI cinema. With this model we have now reached the stage where we can tell any story we want with AI, the tools are capable. This is only 720p at the moment but I suspect it will be upgraded to 1080p very soon. We stand at the threshold of having broadcast quality tools capable of creating anything we can imagine available to everyone, so lets do new an interesting things with it. This is insane... No really.. I just randomly tried superapp to build an mvp - a Duolingo style app for AI upskilling and it was ready in 20 minutes Then I played with Seedance 2.0 inside arcads for a while and built an n8n agent that fetches all these ai ugc videos promoting the app and posts on IG and TikTok You know what's crazy? 800+ people signed up to get access. And the app DOESN'T even exist yet. It is just a static MVP, but still did a good enough job to attract real users (who may eventually become paying customers) This is the future Sell before you build. Move fast with AI, build a distribution engine, and scale to $1m ARR with a single-person team For now, my stack is simple > Claude + Arcads + Superapp I have tried a lot of AI tools... when I say a lot, it really is ridiculously lot of them. I almost have a new dm from a founder every other day. But I use the above stack because Claude → absolute beast with automations Superapp → outputs actual SwiftUI Arcads → most realistic AI ugc + API access And there are so many other tools you can plug into your ecosystem to literally automate and test 10 different app ideas with 50 TikTok accounts. My ideas used to stay stuck at the script stage. Writing scenes was easy, but turning them into actual animated shots always felt heavy. Too many tools. Too much technical friction. The story would lose momentum halfway through. That changed when I spent time exploring CineV | 3D-Controlled AI Animation. What clicked for me was how it starts from a story, not a timeline or a blank canvas. You write first, then it builds a storyboard around that idea. From there, you can review shots, regenerate scenes, adjust expressions, tweak camera angles, and refine motion instead of accepting one random output. I’m not a 3D artist, but I had so much fun today testing Slop Unbound and creating cute creatures and models for the first time It’s FREE, experimental, easy to play with, and honestly, one of the most fun ways I’ve used AI for visual creation because you get real control instead of just prompting and hoping for the best You do not need to rely only on Blender anymore AI can simplify your workflow and make 3D creation feel much more accessible If you are into 3D art, character design, or just curious about new creative tools, you should absolutely test it. This is probably the most complex workflow I’ve ever built, only with open-source tools. It took my 4 days. It takes four inputs: author, title, and style; and generates a full visual animated story in one click in ComfyUI . I worked on it for four days. There are still some bugs, but here’s the first preview. Here’s a quick breakdown: - The four inputs are sent to LLMs with precise instructions to generate: first, prompts for images and image modifications; second, prompts for animations; third, prompts for generating music. - All voices are generated from the text and timed precisely, as they determine the length of each animation segment. - The first image and video are generated to serve as the title, but also as the guide for all other images created for the video. - Titles and subtitles are also added automatically in Comfy. - I also developed a lot of custom nodes for minor frame calculations, mostly to match audio and video. - The full system is a large loop that, for each line of text, generates an image and then a video from that image. The loop was the hardest part to build in this workflow, so it can process either a 20-second video or a 2-minute video with the same input. - There are multiple combinations of LLMs that try to understand the text in the best way to provide the best prompts for images and video. - The final video is assembled entirely within ComfyUI. - The music is generated based on the LLM output and matches the exact timing of the full animation. - Done! For reference, this workflow uses a lot of models and only works on an RTX 6000 Pro with plenty of RAM. My goal is not to replace humans, as I’ll try to explain later, this workflow is highly controlled and can be adapted or reworked at any point by real artists! My aim was to create a tool that can animate text in one go, allowing the AI some freedom while keeping a strict flow. I don’t know yet how I’ll share this workflow with people, I still need to polish it properly, but maybe through Patreon. 🪐 WORLD CREATORS Generative AI opened the door for everyone to tell their stories without the need for a crew or a big budget. We started slowly with images and saw an enormous interest in tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Leonardo. Now, a bit more than a year later, we find ourselves in front of new technologies that are transforming our way of life, how we create, and how we consume content. ChatGPT is rapidly replacing Googling, and all the generative AI tools are replacing all the stock photos and videos, with tools like Runway enabling storytelling for everyone. And we won't take over Hollywood. We will surpass it in ways we can't even imagine right now. We'll be able to create worlds and stories beyond our wildest imagination. Generative AI is enabling creative people to go 1000x on what was possible before. At the core of everything we'll still need human creativity, and we have to understand that AI tools without it will be nothing.
