what's the difference btw this feature and the native pop-up panel in CSP?

So when using the default color wheel in Clip Studio, even though you can use shortcut to activate the pop-up panel, the process will be: Use Alt to pick color -> use shortcut to open panel -> pick color -> close panel -> continue painting.

With the Dynamic Color Picker, just hold one button, it auto-picks the color and pops up the panel right next to your pen tip. You can also place the panel wherever you want, so it won’t block your canvas. The idea is combining “Alt pick” + “open color picker” into one step.

And for this feature, we also added the Luma-Based Palette mode. Based on the color you pick, it shows you different color options within the same value range. So it's much easier to keep your lighting, shadows, and color blending consistent while painting.
