This woman called for an Uber so that she could go and visit her friend, when the Uber showed up, it wasn’t the one in the picture on the app, but it can’t be a coincidence that it was this one that showed up. A moment before it showed up, a man walked by, and seemed to circle her, once the fake Uber showed up, the man who circled her tried to force her into the car, she managed to fight them off and got away. Could the actual Uber that she was assigned to in the app have been involved in this, how else would could this have happened?

This lady ordered her food through DoorDash and when the order is placed the food is prepped for the driver, however the driver took 25 minutes to pick up the food and when she received it it was cold so she took it back to Wendy’s for a replacement and the manager agreed and was going to fix it for her until she started knocking on the counter demanding extra food for her trouble to come back, the manager took exception to her behavior and threw the food in the trash and told her to take it up with DoorDash, after all it was DoorDash’s mistake and they do have remedies for this type of thing, he was just being accommodating, when this didn’t work out for her she snatched another customer’s food and took off out the door.

This happened on New Years Eve, that location was going to be closed at 8pm for the holiday, they ran out of food and stopped taking orders at 7:30 for that reason. At that point the Karen could have canceled her order in the app but refused because she felt it was unreasonable that the restaurant was closing early and ran out, she didn’t care that they couldn’t serve her what they didn’t have. Sometimes the customer wakes up in the wrong side of the bed and takes it out on me. This man went to order a coffee at his local McDonald’s and when I tried to see where the worker was rude, I only saw the customer being impatient and rude yet for whatever reason the customer thinks it’s the worker’s fault. How do you feel with the grumpy people? I have a feeling he’s not a morning person. On many occasions I dealt with the rudest people. This woman called into the pizza shop with a horrible attitude, it confused me because the way she was talking I would have thought I knew her and did her wrong before. But that wasn’t the case she was just being a jerk for no reason. She starts off the interaction with unreasonable demands. It was already 10 mins till closing and she asks if I had any mess up orders that I made wrong or customers just didn’t pick up. I tells her no, then she asked if she could get a cheese pizza slice but wanted it fresh out the oven. I told her all the slices we had were made within a half hour and if she wanted a fresh cheese slice I would have to make a whole cheese pizza and charge her accordingly since she would be my last customer of the day and that I would have to end up throwing it away. She said if that’s the case let her buy a slice and expected me to give her the whole pizza for $3. I declined once again and told her I couldn’t do that because I was done making pizza for the day anyways I would never make a fresh pie at the end of the night. No matter how much she argued I told her that whatever slices I still had was all I could offer. However if she wanted a whole pizza I could do that. She argued for another 2 minutes and gave up, deciding to get a pepperoni slice and I hurried up and heated it and have it to get. Then I told her we were closing and kindly asked her to leave. She ended up calling the next day complaining about her slice of pizza and how rude the worker was which was me, she just didn’t know it. I told her I would have done the same and after she argued again she just hung up. She was arguing in hopes I would have gave it to her for free but this isn’t my first rodeo.

This woman was grocery shopping, she finished up and packed up her groceries. She pushed the start button to start the motor only for it not to work, after a moment she realizes why it won’t start. This isn’t her car, now she had to stand and wait by the car to explain to the owner why her groceries are in the car and hope she can get the back. This woman reserved a ride with Lyft. When the driver showed up, he pointed to her service dog and said no, and took off. She says this happens all the time and his vest clearly says “service dog”. She suffers from seizures and has to have the dog with her at all times. Many pointed out that there is an option to select that you have an animal and someone from Lyft who picks up animals will take the reservation. But, it does cost more. But others pointed out that her dog is not a pet, it’s a service animal and by law, they cannot refuse the ride. Some stated that they would refuse the ride too because she didn’t let them know she had a dog and some drivers may have a fear of dogs or be allergic to them. So what’s the solution? Should she sue them for violating the ADA act? Should she pay more for an animal allowed ride and if so, why does she have to pay more? What would you do if you were her and, if you were the driver who didn’t want a dog in your car?

This door dasher was being heavily criticized after this video was posted. It shows her putting the food down and taking a picture. Right after she picks it up and takes it away. The customer then gets her to come back but thought she was stealing her order. Have you done DoorDash before, I hear their system is finicky. Is it just possible that she thought maybe she had the wrong location instead of theft?

Usually it is attended by a front desk employee but when she went that morning, he was busy helping another guest. She wanted to get a soda but since he wasn’t there, she ignored the self check out, waved the soda in front of their camera and took it and left without paying. This woman is being accused of being rude by the worker, to me I think the worker was rude. She’s trying to return something without the packaging and was denied without it. So she went and bought another one and used that packaging to return the old one. She always had the receipt she just didn’t have the package. Either way she’s left with another item she didn’t need or return. I recall when I was at the pizza shop and a customer gave us the wrong address by mistake. She was babysitting and wanted pizza delivered to the customers house instead. I get a call from our driver saying he couldn’t find it, so I call her back and said that the driver couldn’t find the address, it didn’t even exist on gps. She argues with me how the home has been there for over 80 years and that my driver was too stupid to find it. I couldn’t find it on my Apple Maps either and asked her to double check the address. She told us the house number was 869 and it was actually 896. So after that I call my driver and he delivers it. Not even 5 minutes later she calls back complaining her food was cold. I told her it’s cold likely because the driver took a long time trying to find an address that didn’t exist. So once again she gets all belligerent. I refused to remake it or refund it based on her mistake and she claims I just lost a life long customer. Was I wrong for that, would you have remade it? Maybe I would have as a courtesy if she was cool about it but she wasn’t especially since it was her mistake. I usually don’t do anything unless we messed up.

Her bathroom is actually outside the apartment down the hall. She has to walk past her neighbors to get to it. She goes up on the roof outside to get some space, do some work and maybe a little yoga.
