White person here. We don’t think about skin color on a daily. We don’t think about it until someone brings it up. We don’t walk around thinking, damn I’m blessed because I was born white. It’s not top Of mind, or in mind at all. We do look at how people present, speak, and act. Present as civilized, cultured, speak proper English, and present as someone who contributes to society and you’ll find we share the same goals in life and get along swimmingly. Most white people don’t give a duck about your melanin content if you share Christian American values.

Well growing up in a small town I did not know what racism was until I moved to a bigger city. We had every color and creed in my school and everybody was treated the same. Then I moved to a bigger city farther West and experienced hatred like no other. I guess it's a long way of saying what Booker T Washington said was right.

It's called living in a high trust civilization. It was built with expectations to act civilized and keep things high trust. It's perfectly fine to not be civil and to not be able to be trusted. But go somewhere where civilization and those expectations don't exist and do that shit. That goes for anyone regardless of skin color or ethnicity.

I can only attempt to answer this from my own personal life experience and will attepmt to do so without offending as I'm white, but I can say I don't hate people based on their skin tone. I try not to hate it's a really strong word. I have a distaste for those asking for handouts or those who feel like the world shit on them somewhere so the rest of society owes reparations. I don't agree with this I've been working since I was 15 and been through more trauma than most people go through in a single life time, yet I still try to have a good attitude and outlook on life. All that said I have an extreme distaste for those who feel like because someone else did something to you others need to be held accountable for it because they have the same complexion. I been wronged by many people, I don't hold those wrongs against others just because they're from the same melanin pool, that's a shitty way to live I'd never make any friends that way. (None of this is aimed at anyone. I'm just attempting to give a little "white people" perspective lol, I say that jokingly my brother in law says it all the time to me and he is black, or african american whichever you prefer genuinely not trying to offend just attempting to have a friendly discourse and answer UC)
