Somebody needs to bring this up to the mayor, I think cops are graded on how many arrests they make and this is sad I think the policeman’s union should change these rules, there is no reason for the harassment

I, as a white woman (long story short) was pulled over and ordered out of my car. My car was ransacked, turned upside down and inside out by 3 cops and I don’t have as much as a shoplifting charge on my record. Let me clarify as well, without an ounce of explanation, warrant or whatever. When they were done, they said “have a nice day ma’am”. So let’s be clear, this shit happens to all of us at one time or another in life. Is it fair? No! Is it an unfortunate incident that shouldn’t have happened ? Yes! But It’s how you handle and deal with it, in the moment and after. Am I gonna now have “feelings” and become a victim every time I’m pulled over for any little thing? No! I’m gonna accept that the world isn’t always rainbows and lollipops and I’ll do whatever needs to be done to keep a calm, cool head so even if I ever get one or a group of assholes like that again, I’ll come out on top, not them. Learn from shit, but stop being a victim.

As a white person, I got stopped and got a ticket for my address being wrong on my DL two years after moving.....looks like you have the privilege, he was afraid to be called a racist for doing his job. Car is probably registered under husbands name at new address & her license is showing a previous address. She admits to cop she moved to new address years ago & she just left a huge drinking event. I bet her last name is different too. The cops computer shows conflicting info.

Wrong address on your license for years?… most cops would’ve considered you lazy AF & given tickets and/or impounded the car since most states give you 30 days to transfer registration & licenses to new addresses. Kids is no excuse for lazy behavior. The black guilt shit is exhausting. You had the few hours to go fuck off for a luncheon but couldn’t spend 30mins to a hour at the DMV. Got it.
