Anytime a Coach visits Bob Chesney's Program he asks them to give him two things they did well and two things they did poorly. Always learning from the perspective of others. Growth Mindset.

I've said it before but I have no problem shouting it to the rafters.... @CoachBobChesney is a Power 4 level head coach. Look at the track records.... Does more with less and leaves each place better than when he found it!

Love it . The coaches act like they know at all really don’t know more than what they can see from their perspective. This guy is at a FBS program and is still asking high school coaches their opinion on how we can get better. Because he asks, he will get better.
