*yawn* Here’s the thing. Build a barrier to stop the flow, then the root problem, whatever it is can be dealt with. You don’t fix a broken pipe with the water on. You have to turn off the water to fix the pipe. If the flow never stops, it’s all reactionary all the time, and the hemorrhaging continues and nothing will ever change, except for the quality of life of U.S. citizens.
