They don't have to talk to each other, even. They know exactly what they want to do. They want to go out there, kill and make money. But the people in the Peace Industry, which are us - we are so idealistic that each one of us criticises the other Peace Person in the Peace Industry. And we are always just arguing and we are wasting our energies doing that. So let's just forgive each other and see that we are in the Peace Industry and that's all that counts. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. In civilian life, he is a historian and a school principal in Kyiv. ‼️Friends, please listen and share. "There is probably no one in the world who would like to see the war end and peace come as much as the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian military. But we don't dream of peace at any cost, because then these three years will be in vain. We are fighting here not only for our land. We are fighting not only for our families. We are fighting not only for our state. The most important thing for us is values. Values pushed us to fight the enemy. The values of freedom, the desire to live in our own country, the values of being human beings, not slaves. Every day and every minute of this war, we have felt the support of the world, the support of Europe, the support of the West. And we want to say that we are grateful. We are not okay, and that’s okay to say. I wish I could tell you that we are standing here and that the rest of the world is standing with us. With you. Sadly I can’t say that. There is a loud and aggressive minority around the world who doesn’t get, that being murdered at a peace festival does not equal resistance. I do however, know that we are standing here on behalf of all those people in the world, with moral clarity. And there are a lot of them. And there are many who want to be here with you. And they are here with you at heart. On October 7th, your loved ones went to Nova. We call it a peace music festival because that’s what it was—a place to make new friends, to let loos explore and celebrate life. And this juxtaposition hurts the most —because on that day, the light your loved ones were, was met with the most unimaginable darkness. Our lives will never be the same. But today, as we remember them, we also make a promise: to honor their memory by living as they would have. As we stand here in grief, we have a message to the world: we will not be defeated. Israel was attacked on October 7th and every day since, for the crime of existing. For the audacity of just being here. But we are here, and we are here to stay. And despite the trauma we’ve faced, we are in Israel, standing strong together, committed to the memories of those we lost and to the return of our hostages. The idea of having troops go through the park and disrupt a children’s summer camp, or drive through the streets and just pick people off—people don’t know if a kidnapping is happening or what. So our city attorney is leading the way. We are filing a lawsuit and calling for an injunction to stop this. We need to remember who we are as a country. I’m very clear about who we are as a city, and I’m clear about my job—which is to make sure this city is safe for all Angelenos, regardless of when you came here, what country you came from, or why. We’ve got to stop it. We’re going to stand strong, because this city is united. We are not divided, and we’re not going to let anybody divide us.

Today, I held a meeting with our foreign affairs team regarding our special foreign policy opportunities. These opportunities are available to our state thanks to many Ukrainians and millions of citizens from other countries who believe in Ukraine and support us. These opportunities allow us to keep Ukraine in the global spotlight, increase support for our state and our people, and effectively advocate for Ukrainian needs. The primary need is to end the war as quickly and justly as possible. Ukrainians have endured and achieved so much in this war because we have united not only within our state but also kept the world united for the right cause – for Ukraine and for everything that makes our world humane and capable of defeating evil. Our unity must continue to be preserved – everyone here in Ukraine, everyone in Europe, and the world who values Ukraine and life. This August, we are preparing news about greater consolidation of our people and everyone worldwide who helps us.
