Cyclist rides toward a pedestrian who is crossing. He almost hits him then, when confronted by another cyclist tries to lay blame on the pedestrian. Cyclist was stopped at the lights. Pedestrian was on the road and had priority. Should have waited.

Unbelievable mismanagement by the police and local government in Liverpool. Cars should never have been driving down roads where thousands of supporters (many of whom would’ve had a few drinks) were going to be celebrating. Given the terror threat level it was a huge oversight.
