I genuinely don't under Rees-Mogg's point. Zionism is a belief in Jewish supremacy. So Zionist Jews will bring other Zionist Jews into positions of power. That's the logical explanation for why Jews are overrepresented in positions of power. Criticising this is not anti-semitic. It is just pointing out how Zionism operates.
