Looks amazing!! I bake apple pies, crisps & all kinds of apple things every fall/winter. So tip: all apples are not created equal when it comes to making or cooking with them. You need a sweet & softer apple. Macintosh are the BEST but you can do honey crisp or Granny Smith.
