Samsung users are smart enough to know what they want. Apple users are tech illiterate and need their hands held through a sale.

Can't argue. I've been in Samsung flagship in London yesterday. Staff didn't know what they are selling, I didn't manage to buy anything as they don't have their own stock 🤷 what's the point of having flagship store?
