Idk, most be a old model. This is iOS 26 on my iPhone 15 Pro. Is it less smooth than iOS 18? Yes, you can see a slight difference compared to iOS 26 on newer devices. But overall, it runs fine even on my old iPhone.

I am getting a Zfold 7 soon to replace my Zfold 5. Even my Zfold 5 is smooth. Apple has destroyed iOS and they are at the point they can't remover.

2021 I switched from Samsung to Apple and iOS18 was pretty good tbh. Now I am really considering to switch back though 😭

I know plenty of people with varying ages of iPhones running iOS 26 and none of this happens to them.

Good for you, because I know the opposite. Many people have the newer iphones and they have a tone of lag.

I work IT and a coworker just upgraded to the new 17 pro. It has been lagging and crashing constantly. A bunch of the people that have iPhones are getting the update and its causing a lot of issues and gripe over how it looks. Lol I'm glad I have my Fold 7.

I know that iOS26 has been just a bad update for a lot of people. I'm deffo sticking with my Zfold as well. I can't go back to a candy bar phone.

Ios user will do anything to insult android but will never admit that recent iphone updates have made the phones laggy and a buggy mess. After using ios 18 for a year it was buggy but ios26 is whole another level of mess

To compare to “low end” iPhone 11, the performance of it is laggy as fuck because of the processor and how old is the product And comparing to 17 the performance was smooth with 120hz but is still the same as iPhone 16

The iOS26 UI and entire update has given everyone a bad experience. Even iPhone 17 pro users have these exact issues.

I have a IPhone 17 Pro Max with IOS 26.2 installed and I must say this video is utter bs. My phone is buttery smooth

Works fine on iPhone 16 Plus. I upgraded from my android phone (which was way worst then that) and iOS has been super smooth on iOS 18 and 26 (also they just released 26.2 which could fix some more issues)

IOS can be smooth, and can be bug free. But 90% of Apples issues are it's users thinking it's flawless literally and being surprised when it's not... Or not surprised and drink the cool-aid.
