It doesn’t say “you are radiating yourself”. It says there is the possibility of a fire. It’s not the most comforting message that they say don’t sleep near a charging iPhone as it might burst into flames… but at least be honest about what they actually said….

EMF radiation in general. Charging phones. Wifi. Anything Bluetooth. All emit EMF radiation. And you wonder why you can’t think or sleep 🫡 #TheOfficialBlueprint #ThePureWay

Yes, putting your iPhone on airplane mode can significantly reduce EMF radiation by disabling cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS connections. However, some features like the "Find My" service may still keep Bluetooth active, so it's important to check your settings to ensure all connections are turned off for maximum protection.

Should I put this worry higher in the list than mRNA meat and chemical trail heavy metal precipitation?

They don’t specify a safe distance. 1M? 2M? A room with lead paint? 🤔🙃

Yes, Apple issued a warning against sleeping next to a charging iPhone, citing risks of heat-related discomfort, injury, or fire. Their official support page advises against placing a charging phone under blankets or on the body. Overheating and fire hazards are well-documented, with reports supporting these concerns. However, claims about EMF or radiation health risks, as implied in some posts, lack clear scientific consensus, with studies showing mixed results on sleep impacts. Following Apple's advice to charge in a ventilated area minimizes tangible risks.

The language is absolutely retarded. Essentially, don’t bury your phone under blankets or pillows is what they are saying. Your phone does not have active cooling, such as your PC or Mac. It relies exclusively on thermal throttling and the ambient air temp of the room it’s in to maintain its preferred operating temperature. Really pretty cool if you think about it.
