@PresidencyZA Who qualifies to be regarded as an Engineer? Seems everyone identifies themselves as Engineers regardless of the level of Education, ECSA has a lot of work to do. Nurses are not Doctors, Technicians are not Engineers.

@PresidencyZA Unlike other professions; the engineering profession is not protected in SA. Anyone can practice engineering without professional registration. Be it firms or individuals.

@PresidencyZA The Resident Engineer should have clarified to the president that she does not qualify to be Pr.Eng because she doesn’t have an engineering degree (Bsc/B.Eng).

Taxpayers should not be footing the bill for a separatist movement rooted overseas. Our police should be focused on protecting Canadians and enforcing Canadian law, not babysitting imported political conflicts.
