Am from Punjab....And shows the same concern for jammu himachal uttrakhand too ........ But I think it should be the people of states who stood for the sake of state ..... Like you and influencers from himachal for raising funds nd help the people who are suffering.

And if asking about actors they must have concern about their home state which they belong to ..... I don't no why the celebs who belongs to devbhoomi is not doing much for its people .. .

And as I think punjab is not a hilly area like himachal nd j nd k so. , it is easy to help people but In himachal there is alot of danger to lives of those who travels to affected areas because weather is not clear yet ....Hope All states will overcome this nd stand again .
