These people are absolutely disgusting. And as I’ve said before, they’re showing us exactly who they are. This is the same side that preaches “love, unity, tolerance, and compassion.”

ALL animals can experience joy. ALL animals deserve our compassion, consideration, and respect. Including the ones people think are "food." 🧡

Here’s to compassion and grace, the compassion we show one another and the compassion we extend to all living things. So much unnecessary suffering in the animal kingdom is caused by our waste, our debris, our indifference. We should never forget that our lives are interwoven with the lives of the creatures with whom we share this planet. Their fate and ours are connected. And yet, even amid so much loss, there are people who care. People working on solutions. And people like this man, who simply saw a living creature in distress and jumped into the water to help. Never underestimate such small acts of kindness. Compassion for the vulnerable, whether human or animal, reveals something powerful about our humanity. May we see more of this. May we be more like this. op: Sassy

Trump: "These are radical left, horrible judges. And we didn't lose all of these people -- you know, we've lost a lot of people to death and rape, all sorts of crimes, committed by the people who poured into our country."

Human power comes from our intelligence and ability to tell stories and cooperate. But are these truly our best qualities? For all our power, we are still on the verge of destroying ourselves and our ecosystem. Our deepest insights come from compassion and introspection. Our best qualities are non-verbal. We hold the world responsible for the atrocities committed by jihadist scum against our people! They are kidnapping our girls! They are looting our cities for our girls and women! And those who are fighting on the frontlines are outnumbered and betrayed and condemned for having the courage to fight and protect their honor and that of their fellow women. These jihadists are fighting to collect Kurdish women as their “gifts” as they did with our Yezidi girls in Shengal in 2014! Shame on this disgusting, pathetic, useless world that loves religious extremists more than peace or humanity.

I love these people so much. The crew onboard the Handala freedom flotilla were chanting and singing together just minutes before their abduction by the Israeli forces. They are the best of humanity. We are all Handala.
