It’s a good update. Casuals will obv get more time out of it but the grinders 2 months max I’d say especially with the new modify system. Imo the modify system is cool and a good grind but what’s the point in putting hours to modify ur weapon to die within 5 min in d first raid😂

I just continue to believe the incredible foundation this game is built on is wasted on a thin gameplay loop. People can be mad but suggesting ranked/comp are just thoughts. How many times can anyone spend 30 seconds per drawer they open to find loose cables and maybe a mushroom?

In terms of competitive they have the arc trials but I think it’s shit I’m not sure what really can they do when it’s comes to a comp mode I would like too see a proper comp mode of some sort but the casual player will not care and the half the player base will be gone again soon

PvE mode should be what the game is right now just without PvP and the PvP mode should be br with exfils and no arcs, ground loot etc. Needs to be good grind systems, challenges and rewards in place so the every type of player has no choice but to play both modes.

I really would love a system that makes extracting itself more high risk and competitive. Like if you capture and defended the extract there is a high tier loot drop. That also bothers me the loot isn’t rewarding like just once I want to pry open a microwave and find something I care about 😂

Pretty much once you upgrade your benches and a couple of other things you’re kinda forced to do PvP because you will ends up getting all the good loot that way because if people ain’t doing expedition which is 95% of the player base apparently what the point of playing the game

The new skill tree/new weapon modifications was such a good add to the update but everything else is just meh. My problem is they couldve done this stuff way earlier when the game actually needed it. Game needs more progression endgame not a fucking outpost

I legitimately mean it’s been a ghost town because to your point the end game was weak and in my belief the loop is thin. I only care honesty because the bones of the game have the making of something INCREDIBLE.

It’s a fun game, dude. I don’t think everything needs to be competitive. You grind, get good weapons, lose them, gather materials, craft more, and do it all over again. That’s part of the fun. You make it sound so easy, though 😂 Maybe you haven’t experienced the rats yet. I rat.
