The cop notices that there are some other expensive items in the garage that were not taken and makes a comment that it seems strange a thief would leave it behind. After taking the statement from the owner, the cop goes to speak to a neighbor who has a whole different story to tell about the golf cart.

For 6 months, this poor boy was stuck in a tiny cage. No room to run, no puppy time, nothing. We thought getting him out was the hard part, but once we brought him back, we realized something was seriously wrong. His back legs are totally bent and weak, he basically has zero muscle from being trapped in such a small space for so long. He can barely walk. Neeck really turned a corner towards the end of last year after making a bunch of adjustments and taking his lumps to get them mastered.
