They are definitively a cool one

Yeah, they’re definitely cool simple on the outside, but surprisingly tough and well-adapted to survive in harsh ocean environments.

This is even the first time I’m even hearing about it

Yeah, that makes sense Barnacles aren’t something most people ever see unless they’re near the ocean or boats, so it’s normal to be hearing about them for the first time now.

Wow this is so beautiful I have never seen something like this before

Yeah, it can be really fascinating to see things like that for the first time The ocean is full of unusual creatures that most people never get to notice in real life.

They look like boring little “sea rocks,” but they’re actually hardcore survivors, cementing themselves permanently to ships, whales, and rocks and just riding life wherever it goes.

That’s a fun observation they look like simple sea growths, but they’re actually tough filter-feeders that adapt by attaching firmly to surfaces and surviving harsh ocean conditions.

Wow this is so cute l. This is beautiful to watch l. I need to see this

Yeah, it really is fascinating to watch nature can be surprisingly satisfying and beautiful when you see it up close like that.

What are barnacles? Tell me more about them

I never thought about it, but what makes them underrated in your opinion? Or don't border let me watch this

Watch it first my dear

Barnacles really are underrated ocean legends. They look like simple rocks but they’re tough crustaceans that attach for life and still survive harsh waves and currents. Nature is fascinating.

Yeah, that’s a fair take they’re small but incredibly tough and well adapted, which makes them surprisingly impressive once you learn about them.

Such a weird creature

What sort of creature is this. Looks smh

It’s my first time knowing about it today

This is the first time I’m seeing this, are they fishes or shrimps or what’s their classification

Barnacles are crustaceans 🦀 So they’re related to: * crabs * shrimp * lobsters

What kind of creature is this one?? Never seen this one b4 tho

Barnacles are small marine crustaceans (related to crabs and shrimp). They attach permanently to rocks, ships, or whales and filter-feed from the water.

They look boring, but they’re literally holding parts of the ocean ecosystem together.

That’s true, they may look simple, but they play an important role in marine ecosystems as both filter feeders and as surfaces other organisms depend on.

This is so beautiful

@senevuuu Oh it is?

That’s so cute and helpful. I would have bought a mini aquarium bowl to raise the turtle. I mean it’s still a pet

Yeah it’s still a pet

I don’t know anything about this turtle 🐢 I don’t want to think about it

But why if I may ask?

I would not be able to tell if they are or not ! Don’t know them

That’s exactly why they’re underrated 😂. Most people don’t know anything about them until they see how weird they really are.

They've got to be up there, those little things survive in places most creatures wouldn't last a day.

Yes, barnacles are low-key ocean legends! That video is so satisfying — watching the little guy get those hitchhikers off and swim free again hits different. Barnacles are actually crustaceans (related to crabs and shrimp), not rocks or plants

Yeah, that’s exactly it barnacles are crustaceans, not rocks, and they’re way more interesting once you know what they are.

The little guy finally swimming without all that weight… I felt that relief in my soul. We need more people like this boy

That feeling of “release” really stands out seeing something freed after being weighed down hits emotionally for a lot of people

This is my first time seeing and knowing something like this

That’s nice It’s completely normal barnacles aren’t something most people see unless they’re near the ocean or boats, so it’s your first real introduction to them.

I never thought they could be this small honestly, after the cure it looks beautiful 😻

Yeah once you see them up close, it’s surprising how small and detailed they are. The ocean really hides a lot of tiny but interesting life like that.

I don’t know this creature before, indeeed ocean have so many amazing creatures

True. The deeper you learn about the ocean, the more you realize we’ve only scratched the surface of what’s down there.

They’re easy to ignore, but barnacles are basically masters of surviving in one of the harshest environments on Earth.

Your are absolutely correct

I don’t want to lie about this

You really have to say something

Aww man, this hits different 😭 Poor turtle was carrying a whole ecosystem on its back. Shoutout to the kid for showing such kindness. We need more humans like this! 🐢❤️

@iamowoyinka Some acts of kindness are so pure… they stay with you long after 💔🐢

I have never seen this type of creature for real.

That’s understandable Barnacles usually stay attached to rocks, ships, or whales underwater, so most people only ever see them in photos or videos unless they’re near the sea or working around boats.

Hearing and seeing the barnacles for the first time, for real

That’s a natural reaction barnacles really do look unusual up close and feel interesting when you first learn about them.

@Fiftybabanla Yes, barnacles are strong contenders for the most underrated ocean creatures.

@Fiftybabanla That’s a fair take they’re often overlooked, but their survival strategy is actually quite impressive.

This is my first time seeing a what, a barnacles, must be underrated

You are not alone on this

This video makes me appreciate barnacles more. They look simple but their way of life in the ocean is actually impressive. 🔥

Yeah, that’s a solid takeaway they may look simple, but their survival strategy is actually really impressive once you understand it.

they might be. Imagine spending your whole life glued to rocks, surviving crashing waves, predators, and changing tides while quietly filtering the ocean all day. Not the flashiest creatures, but definitely tougher than most people realize.

Yeah, that’s a fair way to see it They’re not flashy at all, but their survival strategy is actually really extreme staying fixed in one place and still thriving in constantly changing, harsh conditions.

Absolutely, barnacles are fascinating survivors, thriving in harsh conditions with remarkable adaptability daily.

Yeah, exactly 👍 they’re small but extremely resilient, and their ability to survive constant pressure, waves, and exposure makes them really impressive once you look closely.

The fact that they glued themselves down head-first as babies and spend their entire lives kicking food into their mouths with their legs is wild. They really are built different. 💀🌊

That’s a funny way to describe barnacles 😂 they’re basically tiny creatures that attach permanently and feed by filtering food from the water using their legs.

Never heard of them, this is the first time I’ve seen them

Yeah, they’re not very noticeable at first they just look like part of the rock until you learn what they are and how they survive in the ocean.
