Yes. On their own, they're not an effective deterrent to violent offenders, especially in stupid countries where they're unarmed.

Female police officers are useless and a liability. They are net negative. Their default is deadly force. They should not be on the street.

My nephew is a policeman two years on the beat and says good yo have female colleagues as they often diffuse DV situations and help the victims

Just a fact of life! Just watch a few clips of police / bad guy encounters. Many get resolved when a male / female team is joined by another male cop. One ends up protecting the female officer, while the other makes the arrest. 'Don't shoot the messenger.'

Weird question, because whatever your answer to it, you can equally easily make cognate arguments for male police officers. Some police officers are a problem - and oddly enough, that includes some women and some men. Next week on @triggerpod: are male nurses a problem?

It’s the same with the NHS. Most GPs are now female. They then have children which we are all extremely happy with and being sensible women want to spend time with their children and so work part time. Hence another reason the NHS is short of Doctors appointments.

Female police officers are generally ineffective in situations requiring physical force (despite what British detective shows depict).

I don't agree with women being better descalters. Some of the kindest and discerning security I've seen, are the biggest and strongest. Often times they don't even need to say anything. Their presence alone de-escalates situations.

Unless they are prepared to under go serious training including self defense then their role will always be reliant on their male counterparts. Not saying all males are equipped either and would demand more of them physically too going ny what we see these days.
