Idk what this is but it isn’t flipping.😂 More like new construction. A flipper would’ve invest about $15k max and sold it with ease at $340k in under 6 months.

And most of the flippers do a bunch of cosmetics without updating plumbing systems and the like. I looked at a remodeled apartment that was listed as a 2br one time, and the 2nd room was the size of a walk in closet with the bedroom door opening to the public back hallway…

I’m mad I guessed $1.5 mil, San Francisco has really got me used to expecting this lol.
