It’s not a conspiracy.. It’s the same as our of sight out of mind. If we are able to see ourselves that easy and often, ofc we will start to pick at it or not let it go. Humans been perfecting everything they create.. The true issue is there’s not such thing as perfection, even less when it comes to our looks.

I went off mirrors for 5 and a half years. I look identical to my father. When he passed away I blamed myself. I won't go into why. When I looked into a mirror I saw him looking back at me and I couldn't take it. All were covered in the house and even pic frames no glared.
