So Ian, start doing a dive into the possibility of the chemicals in our food causing this explosion of “Trans”. I’m going through this in my family myself and a cousin of mine, just opened my eyes to this. Could be just a coincidence right? See what you think. (I’m finding many more buried research that’s starting to connect food poisons to trans).

just eliminating seed oils and corn syrup is massive. Then restrict sugar intake and consume less of that and acohol. Get proper water filtration system and drink 4 quarts a day. Cook at home. These simple steps will make a HUGE difference. You'll feel better, sleep better and have more energy plus immune system improves.

I actually have evidence for this! It’s the linoelic acid that’s so high.. it’s actually really bad. The best ones are beef tallow, butter, olive oil, and zero acre. Here are pics for some research over that. I have more if you want:

Some fast food chains use FAKE butter. I know it’s fast food but this is still crazy to me. I’m not sure why you would add garbage seed oils like canola or soybean to something as sacred and nutritious as butter. Is it maybe that cheaper oils = more profits? When that comes at a price of declining human health, I have to call this out. Eat real butter and avoid seed oil butter!
